Booking policy

1. Booking and Payment:

a. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking.

b. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

c. Payments can be made with debit or credit card via invoice. Please call for cash payment. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. Client may cancel services, but the deposit is non-refundable.

b. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated 14 days in advance.

3. Event Details:

a. Client must provide a detailed schedule and list of key moments for coverage.

b. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated promptly.

4. Creative Control:

a. The photographer/videographer retains creative control over the final output.

b. Client may request specific shots, but creative interpretation is at the discretion of the service provider.

5. Delivery:

a. The final edited photos/videos will be delivered within 21 business days after the event.

b. Delivery format will be SD card via USPS unless other arrangements are made.

6. Usage Rights:

a. The client receives non-exclusive rights for personal use only.

b. The photographer/videographer retains copyright and may use images/videos for portfolio and marketing purposes.

7. Cooperation:

a. The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer/videographer for optimal results.

b. Failure to cooperate may impact the quality of the final deliverables.

8. Equipment Failure:

a. The photographer/videographer is not liable for equipment failure beyond their control.

b. Every effort will be made to provide a replacement or alternative solution.

9. Force Majeure:

a. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their control.

10. Liability:

a. The photographer/videographer's liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

b. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation.

11. Client Responsibilities:

a. Ensure the venue allows photography/videography and obtain necessary permits.

b. Provide a safe and respectful working environment for the service provider.

12. Governing Law:

a. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. By proceeding with services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
